Your Impact
As a Customer Experience Specialist at arenaflex, you will be the face of our company, interacting with customers via phone, email, and instant message to provide exceptional support and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. Your role will be critical in building customer satisfaction and loyalty, and you will have the opportunity to make a real impact on our customers' lives.
Responsibilities
* Provide customer support via phone, email, and instant message to resolve customer inquiries and issues.
- Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team or specialist for resolution.
- Process a high volume of customer inquiries and resolve a targeted percentage of those inquiries.
- Troubleshoot customer problems and identify the root cause of the issue.
- Document customer interactions and update customer information as necessary.
- Meet quality standards, adherence to schedule, and average handle time.
- Provide guidance and mentoring to less experienced associates as needed.
Qualifications
* High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- 18 years of age or older.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Typing 25 WPM.
- Proficient in PC operation and navigation.
- Demonstrates effective people skills and sensitivities when dealing with others.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Ability to work in a constantly changing and fast-paced environment.
- Ability to stay composed and objective.
- Strong listening skills.
- Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment.
