About the Role
As a Customer Engineer - Windows Server Platforms and Cloud Infrastructure, you'll be responsible for delivering proactive services such as education workshops, assessments, and expert guidance to our clients. You'll train customers and share industry and development expertise, build strong customer relationships, and ensure deliveries align with customer projects and milestones. You'll also have access to expertise and support from our consulting practice and product group.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver proactive services such as education workshops, assessments, and expert guidance to our clients
- Train customers and share industry and development expertise
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure deliveries align with customer projects and milestones
- Gain access to expertise and support from our consulting practice and product group
- Troubleshoot and analyze problems, and maintain and extend accreditations and certifications
- Develop strategic ongoing customer relationships, and gain trust and respect for our clients' Premier
- Demonstrate strong communication skills, technical writing, presentation, and training skills
- Possess advanced certifications and a growth mindset
Requirements
* 8+ years of experience with customer-facing roles in systems architecture, administration, operations, software support, IT consulting, on-premises and cloud support or consulting for enterprise and/or government customer base
- Advanced certifications in Azure, Windows Server, Virtualization, Windows Client, Patching/Windows Update, Networking, Storage, Failover Clustering, Windows Performance, Blue Screen/kernel debugging, PowerShell, RDS, WVD, and Windows and Azure certifications
- Broad knowledge of on-premises products with deep understanding of Windows Server, Virtualization, Windows Client, Patching/Windows Update, Networking, Storage, Failover Clustering, Windows Performance, Blue Screen/kernel debugging, PowerShell, RDS, WVD, and Azure
- Proven track record in successfully planning, deploying, operating, and optimizing on-premises environments
- Strong technical writing, presentation, and training skills
- Ability to develop strategic ongoing customer relationships, and gain trust and respect for our clients' Premier

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
The salary for this position is between $100,000 and $120,000 annually, depending on your experience and qualifications. We also offer a range of benefits, including medical insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, and 22 days of paid time off.
