About the Role

As a Customer Care Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. You'll be responsible for handling and responding to customer inquiries, providing excellent customer service through active listening, and working with confidential customer information. You'll also aim to resolve issues on the first call by being proactive and communicating effectively with customers.

Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Handling and responding to all customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Providing excellent customer service through active listening and empathy.
  • Working with confidential customer information and treating it sensitively.
  • Aiming to resolve issues on the first call by being proactive and communicating effectively with customers.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Logical Problem-Solving Skills: You'll need to be able to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
  • Availability to Work Various Shifts: You'll need to be flexible and available to work a range of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Ability to Handle Heavy Incoming Call Volume: You'll need to be able to manage a high volume of customer calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ability to Use Windows Operating Systems: You'll need to be familiar with Windows operating systems and able to use them effectively.
  • Ability to Type 25 WPM: You'll need to be able to type at a speed of 25 words per minute.
  • Over 18 Years of Age: You'll need to be at least 18 years old to apply for this role.
  • High School Graduate or GED: You'll need to have a high school diploma or equivalent to apply for this role.
  • Predictable and Reliable Attendance: You'll need to be able to attend work regularly and on time.

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, we prefer candidates with:

  • 6-12 Months Customer Service Experience: You'll have experience working in a customer-facing role and be able to demonstrate your skills and knowledge.
  • Consistent Work History: You'll have a consistent work history and be able to demonstrate your reliability and commitment to your role.
  • Proven Oral and Written Communication Skills: You'll have excellent communication skills and be able to demonstrate your ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Some Technical Background: You'll have a basic understanding of technical concepts and be able to apply them in a practical way.

Work from Home Requirements

As a remote worker, you'll need to meet the following requirements:

  • Personal Device: You'll need to provide a personal device (desktop, laptop, or tablet) that meets our technical requirements.
  • Windows 11 or Later: Your device will need to be running Windows 11 or later.
  • Wired Ethernet LAN Connection: You'll need to have a wired Ethernet LAN connection to ensure a stable and secure internet connection.
  • Internet Connection: You'll need to have a minimum subscribed download rate of 12.0 Mbps and a minimum subscribed upload rate of 3.0 Mbps. Your ISP must also have no packet loss and a ping under 50ms.
  • Proof of Internet Speed: You'll need to provide proof of your internet speed to ensure that you meet our technical requirements.
  • Clean and Quiet Workspace: You'll need to have a clean and quiet workspace that is free from distractions and interruptions.
