Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Account Representative (Inside Sales) at arenaflex, you will be responsible for selling our products and services to customers, helping them to receive the best value for their money. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and create a package that best meets their requirements. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Selling Comcast products and services that are both current and emerging
  • Helping customers to receive the best value for their money by listening to their needs and creating a package that best meets their requirements
  • Communicating effectively with customers through a professional manner
  • Building a positive work relationship with customers to enhance the image and public perception of arenaflex
  • Presenting, promoting, and selling products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
  • Selling additional services by recognizing opportunities to up-sell accounts and explaining new features
  • Striving to exceed overall performance goals of the organization
  • Interacting with customers via telephone, email, or face-to-face to assist with a variety of customer inquiries and issues
  • Eliciting and recording customer information and inquiries using a computerized system
  • Staying up-to-date with current and emerging communications and entertainment technologies for both arenaflex and its competition
  • Recognizing, conveying, promoting, and selling products and service value
  • Articulating our competitive advantage and maintaining excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Demonstrating closing techniques consistently, repeatedly, and in a timely manner
  • Establishing and maintaining effective relationships with customers delivering the arenaflex Quality Experience (AQE)
  • Promoting and recommending arenaflex products and services based on a logical relationship to the customer's needs and interests
  • Entering and confirming sales when appropriate
  • Supporting other lines of business as call volume dictates
  • Interacting and communicating collaboratively within the sales group and other groups, as appropriate, to provide a quality customer experience
  • Achieving overall performance goals of the organization
  • Attending training as required
  • Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance
  • Working nights and weekends, variable schedule(s), and overtime as necessary

Qualifications

To be successful as a Customer Account Representative (Inside Sales) at arenaflex, you will need:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2-5 years of sales experience preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently with little or no supervision
  • In a virtual environment, arenaflex requires a minimum 100mbs speed, which is capable of being hard-wired into the provided equipment, either through a direct wall input or your router
  • A quiet work area in a location that provides privacy from other people, activities, and noise
  • A steady work surface
  • A comfortable chair
  • Adequate lighting
  • Fast and reliable internet service
