Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative/Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Interacting with customers via telephone, email, and online chat to provide support and information on products or services
  • Processing customer invoices and payments in a timely and accurate manner
  • Maintaining customer accounts and records, ensuring up-to-date information is readily available
  • Entering customer orders and tracking customer interactions, including details of inquiries, complaints, or comments
  • Responding to customer questions and concerns, escalating issues to the appropriate staff when necessary
  • Ensuring that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customer's issues and concerns
  • Following procedures, guidelines, and policies to ensure consistency and quality
  • Processing letters to customers and performing other general clerical services as assigned
  • Performing other related duties as required to support the team's success

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 3 years of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including active listening and conflict resolution
  • A customer service-oriented attitude, with a positive and empathetic approach to customer interactions
  • Ability to build relationships with customers, identifying and resolving emerging issues
  • Proficient computer skills, with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly
  • Exceptional attention to detail, with a strong focus on accuracy and quality
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with a team player attitude and ability to work independently
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and circumstances, with a flexible and proactive approach

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly desirable:

  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and systems
  • Knowledge of industry-specific products or services
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
