About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and building long-lasting relationships with clients. You will work closely with our team to provide exceptional customer service that will solidify these accounts as lifetime customers. This role requires a strong and diverse skillset in relevant areas to drive success.
Key Responsibilities
* Close clients in the new market as assigned
- Develop and execute stakeholder outreach via email campaigns, cold calls, and potential walk-ins
- Cultivate prospects into customers through regular follow-up and contact
- Onboard existing clients' locations information
- Document all stakeholder interactions into CRM
- Work closely with your team to provide exceptional customer service that will solidify these accounts as lifetime customers
- Be responsible for the early-stage growth and establishing critical client relationships
- Play a critical role in establishing our company in your location by prospecting and closing clients
- Ensure recruiting pipeline is aligned with sales pipeline
- Network actively to expand presence in the market
Essential Qualifications
* 1 year of experience in sales or customer service
- Strong analytical and competitive skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Coachable and open to changes as we are constantly improving our processes
