Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing top-notch support to our customers through phone calls and in-person interactions. You'll be responsible for resolving customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and promoting arenaflex products and services in a friendly and professional manner. Key Responsibilities
* Answer a high volume of incoming calls and in-person visits in a timely and professional manner
- Resolve customer inquiries and concerns related to arenaflex.com, online orders, and deliveries
- Provide accurate and helpful information to customers, using critical thinking and problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues
- Offer solutions and alternatives to customers, using persuasive and empathetic communication skills
- Work collaboratively with other departments, including purchasing and activities staff, to resolve customer issues
- Utilize multiple computer programs simultaneously on various screens while on the phone or interacting with customers
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions and resolutions
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
- 14-day internet business customer service specialist certificate program completion required
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work an adaptable schedule, including weekends and split days off
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
* Bilingual or multilingual skills
- Experience working in a call center or customer service environment
- Strong foundation in customer service, including excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities in a dynamic environment
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to take ownership and resolve issues independently
