About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity to join our team as a Client Account Manager, Large Customer Sales (CPG). As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for collaborating with Client Partners to meet and exceed clients' marketing goals. You'll execute campaign launches from start to finish, deliver insightful optimizations to agency and client partners, and manage internal account operations to ensure seamless revenue delivery and troubleshooting. Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with Client Partners: Work closely with Client Partners to meet and exceed clients' marketing goals, ensuring a deep understanding of their objectives and developing tailored solutions to drive success.
- Execute campaign launches: Execute campaign launches from start to finish, including campaign planning, execution, and optimization, to deliver exceptional results for our clients.
- Manage internal account operations: Manage internal account operations, including revenue delivery and troubleshooting issues, to ensure seamless client experience.
- Educate brands and media agencies: Educate brands and media agencies on the value proposition and best practices of arenaflex's platform, ensuring they maximize their ROI.
- Consult clients on their objectives: Consult clients on their awareness and direct response objectives, and partner closely with Client Partners to craft thoughtful and creative media plans.
- Collaborate with Ad Ops: Collaborate with Ad Ops to ensure effective campaign delivery and resolve any technical hurdles, ensuring a seamless client experience.
- Recognize and represent client needs: Recognize and represent client needs and asks to cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring their voice is heard and valued.
- Identify areas of improvement: Proactively and continually identify areas of improvement, driving process enhancements and innovation to stay ahead of the curve.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in advertising sales and account management: Proven track record in advertising sales and account management, with a strong understanding of the CPG client experience.
- Solid understanding of customer marketing funnel: Solid understanding of the customer marketing funnel and traditional marketing ecosystem, with the ability to develop tailored solutions to drive success.
- Comfortable with problems of diverse scope: Comfortable with problems of diverse scope, where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors, and able to develop creative solutions to drive results.
- Understanding of Digital measurement and tracking fundamentals: Understanding of Digital measurement and tracking fundamentals, including mobile measurement partners, and ability to develop effective campaign measurement and optimization strategies.
- Tenacious and entrepreneurial approach: Tenacious and entrepreneurial approach to working through product, process, and client challenges, with a passion for driving revenue growth and staying ahead of the curve.
- Demonstrated ability to cultivate strong relationships: Demonstrated ability to cultivate strong relationships with external partners, including brands and media agencies, and ability to develop tailored solutions to drive success.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop effective relationships with cross-functional stakeholders and drive results through collaboration.
