Job Overview
As a Chat Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support through live chat, email, and phone. You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, handling a high volume of requests and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities:
* Respond promptly to customer inquiries, requests, orders, or applications via live chat, email, and phone
- Assist with customer complaints and questions about specific products or services
- Modify and escalate complaints across multiple communication channels
- Be the first point of contact and advocate for customers
- Handle a high volume of customer support requests using empathy to answer questions and troubleshoot problems
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company information to provide accurate and helpful responses
Requirements:
* Must be over the age of 18 with an internet connection
- No prior experience is required, but prior experience is preferred
- Articulate, personable, and reliable with great writing skills and email etiquette
- 1 year of chat support experience preferred
- CRM/support tool experience a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience working in a customer-facing role
- Knowledge of customer service software and tools
