Job Description

As a Chat Moderator, you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our official Discord server. This will involve:

• Deleting messages that violate our community guidelines
• Banning users who repeatedly break our rules
• Muting users who have violated our guidelines
• Investigating reports from users about potential rule violations
• Collaborating with our team to develop and implement community policies
• Providing excellent customer service and support to our users

Key Responsibilities

* Moderate chat conversations to ensure a positive and respectful environment

• Enforce community guidelines and rules
• Investigate and resolve user reports
• Collaborate with the team to develop and implement community policies
• Provide excellent customer service and support to users
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in community management

Essential Qualifications

* 18 years of age or older

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Familiarity with Discord and community management tools
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
