Job Summary
As a Full Stack Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients and customers, handling high-volume calls, and performing data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency. You will work closely with our pharmacy team to resolve patient and customer inquiries, and provide support to our pharmacists and other staff members.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service to patients and customers via phone, email, and chat
- Handle high-volume calls, responding to patient and customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency, using arenaflex's pharmacy systems and software
- Resolve patient and customer issues, working closely with our pharmacy team to provide solutions
- Support our pharmacists and other staff members, providing assistance with patient and customer inquiries
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, using arenaflex's data management systems
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent
- Essential level computer skills, including:
+ Starting and closing a computer + Using a mouse to point and click + Starting and closing programs + Switching between programs + Saving files + Printing documents + Accessing data online
- Essential web browsing skills, including:
+ Opening a web browser + Writing URLs in the address bar + Using a search engine + Bookmarking a website + Navigating using back/forward/stop buttons + Completing online forms
- 18 years old or older
Preferred Qualifications
* At least 1 year of pharmacy experience in a retail or call center environment
- At least 1.5 years as a pharmacy technician with a declaration/enrollment by the state as conceded by the State Board for Pharmacies or broadly perceived confirmation office
- Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers, including meeting quality standards for services and assessing customer satisfaction
- Middle to advanced level keyboarding skills (at least 35 WPM, typing by memory, organizing documents)
- Familiarity with Spanish and English
