Role Overview
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers, resolving their service or billing complaints, and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and professional manner. You'll be working in a fully remote environment, collaborating with our team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
* Answering calls and responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Researching customer concerns and taking the next best step to resolve issues
- Entering data into our pension system and tracking ongoing cases
- Resolving customers' service or billing complaints by performing activities such as exchanging merchandise, refunding money, and adjusting bills
- Contacting customers to respond to inquiries or to notify them of claim investigation results and any planned adjustments
- Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation
- Keeping records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken
Requirements and Qualifications
* Minimum 2-4 years of experience in Customer Service, Call Center, or Payment Processing is required
- High School or GED is required, with a Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience working with Banking and Financial Industry is a plus
- Payment processing experience is required
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail

- Ability to work independently and manage one's time
- Ability to accurately document and record customer/client information
- Previous experience with computer applications, such as MS Outlook or data entry software
