Location Requirements:

Must reside within 50 miles of our Knoxville, TN location.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Handle Inbound Service Calls: Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues efficiently
  • Drive Customer Satisfaction: Navigate through multiple systems to deliver seamless experiences
  • Ongoing Training and Skill Development: Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices
  • Assist Customers with Fraudulent Activity: Ensure proper security procedures are followed on all calls
  • Prioritize Customer Retention: Offer additional cross-sales products to customers when applicable

Qualifications:
