The Opportunity
As an arenaflex Work-From-Home Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional experiences for our customers. You'll be part of our Cornerstone Brands team, which includes arenaflex, arenaflex, and arenaflex. Our customer service specialists answer inbound customer calls, working from the comfort of their own homes. Your primary goal will be to problem-solve and assist customers with their orders and accounts, ensuring a personalized experience for each caller.

Your Impact
- Handle a high volume of inbound customer inquiries with ease and professionalism.
- Offer additional products to customers on each interaction, increasing sales and customer satisfaction.
- Assist customers with questions, personalizing the experience for each caller and building strong relationships.
- Manage calls that may include confirming refunds, taking payments, placing orders, and analyzing account data.
- Have the opportunity for advancement and upward mobility across the entire arenaflex family of brands.
- Report to an assigned Customer Service Supervisor and work collaboratively as part of a team.

- Excellent problem-solving and de-escalation skills, with the ability to sustain a high-paced call volume.
- The ability to learn and work in a virtual environment with a set schedule and structured day.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact with a variety of customer styles, peers, and leaders.
- The ability to navigate multiple systems and screens while assisting customers.
- Physical stamina to sit for long periods of time.
- The ability to troubleshoot own technical problems (in partnership with IT when needed).
- Availability to work weekends, holidays, and additional hours as needed.
Compensation and Benefits
As an arenaflex Work-From-Home Customer Service Representative, you'll enjoy a competitive salary, with opportunities for advancement and growth. Our comprehensive Total Rewards package includes:
- Competitive compensation, with a starting rate of $15.00/hour.
- Additional pay for working hours between 6pm-6am ($1.00/hour) and 12:00am Saturday -11:59pm on Sunday ($1.00/hour).

System Requirements
To ensure a seamless experience for our customers, our Work-From-Home Team Members must maintain the necessary system requirements. These include:
- A self-provided computer or laptop with a Microsoft Windows operating system, Windows 10 or newer, and no more than three years old.
- A headset compatible with arenaflex specifications (arenaflex reimburses $75 for headset).
- A high-speed internet connection (satellite, broadband, wireless, or dial-up services are not an option).
- A webcam and ability to appear on camera for meetings and trainings.
Your Training Schedule
As a new arenaflex Work-From-Home Customer Service Representative, you'll undergo an 8-week training program, Monday - Friday, from 8:00 am - 2:00 pm ET or 3:00 pm - 8:00 pm ET.
Your Work Schedule
After completing your training, you'll work a set part-time schedule of 20 hours per week, with 5-day work schedules, working 4-hour set shifts. Your schedule will include one weekend day and one weekday off.
