Key Responsibilities
As a Work From Home Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients' customers. This will involve:
- Handling inbound phone calls, chat messages, and emails in a professional and courteous manner
- Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner
- Providing product and service information to customers
- Upselling and cross-selling products and services to customers
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and resolving issues
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
Schedule
We offer flexible work schedule options to accommodate your needs. While the majority of work hours are during weekdays and daytime, you'll have the opportunity to create a schedule that works best for you. This includes:
- Flexible start and end times
- Ability to work from home
- Opportunity to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
Earnings & Revenue
As an independent contractor, you'll have the opportunity to earn a competitive hourly rate, ranging from $14 to $20 per hour. Your earnings will be determined by your phone call status when assisting customers, and you'll have the opportunity to earn additional incentives based on client and performance metrics.

Technology & Equipment Requirements
To ensure seamless connectivity and clear communication, you'll need to meet the following technology and equipment requirements:
- Quiet and secure work environment during working hours
- Personal computer with a minimum of 8GB RAM (tablets and Chromebooks are not permitted)
- Wired USB headset with microphone for clear communication
- High-speed wired internet with a minimum of 10 Mbps download speed for seamless connectivity
- Operating system of Windows 10 or Windows 11 (some clients may accept AppleOS)
- Valid and up-to-date antivirus software installed
- Smartphone, Android tablet, or iPad is required for program work, along with an authentication app
Work Environment Requirements
To ensure a productive and efficient work environment, you'll need to meet the following requirements:
- Quiet, uninterrupted space
- Organized desk area

- Contractors must also successfully pass a criminal background check.
- We are able to work with contractors residing in Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Mexico, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, South Carolina, Texas, Tennessee, Utah, Virginia, West Virginia, Wisconsin, Wyoming, and Puerto Rico.
Contractual Relationship
The relationship between you and arenaflex is a contractual relationship. You will remain an independent contractor for the duration of your program assignment. arenaflex will not be responsible for withholding taxes on your earnings while contracted with arenaflex. When you receive your contract, you will be asked to agree to have no claim against arenaflex hereunder or otherwise for vacation pay, sick leave, retirement benefits, Social Security, worker's compensation, health or disability benefits, overtime, unemployment insurance benefits, or employee benefits of any kind.
