Key Responsibilities
As a Work At Home Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service to clients through inbound phone calls, chat messages, and emails
- Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Utilizing technology to access client systems and resolve customer inquiries
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Meeting or exceeding performance metrics and client expectations
- Staying up-to-date with client products and services to provide accurate information to customers
Schedule and Flexibility
We understand that everyone's schedule is unique, and we're committed to providing flexibility to our contractors. As a Work At Home Customer Service Representative, you'll have the opportunity to create a schedule that works best for you, with flexible work hours available during weekdays and daytime. You'll be able to choose from a variety of shifts to ensure you have a balance between work and personal life.
Earnings and Revenue
As an independent contractor, you'll have the opportunity to earn a competitive hourly rate, ranging from $14 to $20 per hour, depending on your performance and client requirements. You'll also have access to additional incentives and bonuses based on client and performance metrics.

- Windows 10 or Windows 11 operating system (some clients may accept AppleOS)

To ensure a productive and successful work environment, you'll need:
- A quiet, uninterrupted space
- An organized desk area

Contractual Relationship
As an independent contractor, you'll have a contractual relationship with arenaflex. You'll remain an independent contractor for the duration of your program assignment, and arenaflex will not be responsible for withholding taxes on your earnings while contracted with us. When you receive your contract, you'll be asked to agree to have no claim against arenaflex hereunder or otherwise for vacation pay, sick leave, retirement benefits, Social Security, worker's compensation, health or disability benefits, overtime, unemployment insurance benefits, or employee benefits of any kind.
