Job Summary

As a Business Analyst at arenaflex, you will be responsible for analyzing complex business problems, identifying opportunities for improvement, and developing data-driven solutions to drive business growth and success. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including senior leadership, to provide insights and recommendations that inform strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities

* Analyze complex business problems and develop data-driven solutions to drive business growth and success

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including senior leadership, to provide insights and recommendations that inform strategic decision-making
• Develop and maintain business cases, financial models, and other analytical tools to support business decisions
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and develop solutions to drive efficiency and effectiveness
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, to ensure alignment and buy-in on business initiatives
• Provide regular updates and insights to senior leadership on business performance and trends
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and apply this knowledge to drive business outcomes

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field

• 2+ years of experience in business analysis, consulting, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business problems and develop data-driven solutions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas simply and effectively
• Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of business operations and financial management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with experience in data analysis and financial modeling
• Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI, is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis, consulting, or a related field
• Experience with programming languages, such as Python or R, is a plus
• Experience with data management and analytics tools, such as Google BigQuery or SQL, is a plus
• Certification in business analysis, such as CBAP or CCBA, is a plus
