Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Handle a high volume of customer interactions, often in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Meet or exceed customer satisfaction and productivity metrics, ensuring that customers receive the best possible experience
- Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues, often requiring creative and outside-the-box thinking
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, company policies, and procedures to provide accurate and informed responses to customers
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge, ensuring that you're equipped to handle the latest customer service trends and technologies
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
- Proficiency in English and Spanish languages (written and verbal)
- Experience working in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or customer service environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, often handling multiple customer interactions simultaneously
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, with flexibility to work additional hours as needed
