The Role
As a Customer Service Agent at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Responding to a high volume of inbound phone calls from customers
- Building strong relationships with customers through effective communication and problem-solving
- Working collaboratively with sales teams to resolve customer queries and provide solutions
- Using computer programs and software to navigate customer accounts, products, and orders
- Resolving pricing and invoicing discrepancies, applying credit, and implementing return procedures
- Providing exceptional customer service through empathy, active listening, and a positive attitude

Requirements
* High School diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of customer service experience
- Ability to commute to our facility from your home
- A secure workspace at home dedicated to job activity
- Proficiency in operating and navigating multiple PC-based programs at once
- Stable internet with ability to provide proof of internet speeds greater than 5 megabits per second upload, 15 megabits per second download, and ping less than 80 milliseconds
