Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative – Work From Home Data Entry and Team Leadership, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing best-in-class customer service to our customers, stores, and associates via phone, chat, email, and other communication channels
  • Assisting agents with technology, professional communication, and career development while building rapport within your team and upholding service level metrics
  • Encouraging excellent customer service and promoting a positive, supportive team culture
  • Collaborating with colleagues to drive results and exceed customer expectations
  • Embracing change, acting with integrity, and being dedicated to making a difference in the lives of our customers and associates
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a contact center or similar environment
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and meeting or exceeding performance metrics
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with colleagues and customers
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on collaboration and mutual support
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar software
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications) preferred

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset:

  • Experience in a leadership or supervisory role, with a focus on team development and performance management
  • Certification in customer service, sales, or a related field
  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services, or a strong desire to learn and grow with our company
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues in multiple languages
