The Role

As a Customer Service Team Leader at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional service delivery. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting agents with technology, professional communication, and career development

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a contact center environment
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and achieving service level metrics
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and team members
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve customer issues
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial:

  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and other contact center technologies
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
  • Experience leading a team or managing multiple projects simultaneously
