Job Description
Our client is seeking experienced professionals to support large-scale transmission line construction programs as a Construction Project Coordinator. This is a high-impact role focused on front-end planning, constructability, and project oversight rather than day-to-day field construction management.Key Responsibilities:
- Support major transmission line projects from early-stage planning through construction execution
- Lead and contribute to constructability reviews and pre-construction strategy
- Coordinate across engineering, permitting, and construction teams to ensure projects are set up for success
- Identify and mitigate project risks, including right-of-way, permitting, access planning, and crossings
- Assist with 12-18 month forward planning for upcoming construction efforts
- Participate in site walkdowns and client meetings as needed

- ~15+ years of experience in transmission line construction, project management, or construction management
- Strong understanding of utility transmission projects and construction workflows
- Proven ability to evaluate constructability and risk in complex infrastructure projects
- Comfortable working remotely with periodic travel
- PMP or RPM (Risk Project Management) Certification preferred
Additional Details:
- Location: Flexible (Dallas/Fort Worth preferred, but not required)
- Multiple openings due to project demand
- Not a traditional CM role - focused on oversight, coordination, and upfront project planning
