Requirements
And Skills A college degree is required. Proven experience as a data entry clerk, showcasing a track record of accuracy and efficiency. Proficient in fast typing with excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.). Solid working knowledge of office equipment, computer hardware, and peripheral devices. Basic understanding of web-based applications and associated navigation. Strong command of the English language, both oral and written, coupled with exceptional customer service skills. Great attention to detail, self-motivated, curious, with critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Comfortable working independently, reaching out to others, and making progress with limited work direction. Ability to switch between different types of products and advance all tasks in parallel. Basic knowledge of measures, metrics, characteristics, and quality attributes. Location: This is a 100% remote position, and candidates must be in the Eastern or Central Time Zone.
