Licensed Mental Health Therapist (Remote)
Licensed Mental Health Therapist – Telehealth, Addiction Care - Ohio, Virginia, Pennsylvania, or Florida Grata Health is a digital clinic focused on improving access to addiction treatment. We provide remote care for adults with substance use disorders (SUD). Our care model is built around speed, continuity, and respect for patients and providers—especially for those navigating fragmented systems of care. Our team has previously ran healthcare companies that served 100,000+ patients. We are confident that we can make a huge national impact with Grata and have a very high bar for our initial care team. You'll be joining early at an exciting opportunity with scope to expand your own role as Grata's scale expands. Right now, we're looking for licensed therapists who want to provide high-quality, longitudinal treatment for people with SUD, entirely via telehealth. This role offers schedule flexibility, clinical autonomy, and the ability to be part of a collaborative care team. What You’ll Do
- Provide evidence-based therapy to adults with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions
- Manage a panel of patients longitudinally through stabilization and ongoing care
- Collaborate with nurse practitioners, care coordinators, peer specialists, and more as part of a team-based model
- Participate in case reviews and continuous care improvement discussions
- Deliver care via a modern telehealth platform, supported by Grata’s operations team
What You’ll Need
- Licensed to practice therapy in at least one of the following states: Ohio, Virginia, Pennsylvania, or Florida
- Must be independently licensed with LCSW, LPC, PsyD, or similar credentials
- Must have an individual NPI number

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with SUD patients preferred but not required to apply
- Comfort using EHRs and telehealth platforms

How We Work
- Remote: You can work from anywhere
- Flexible: Set your own hours, between 10 to 40 per week
- Independent: 1099 contractor model with hourly compensation
- Supported: We manage scheduling, billing, and admin
- Collaborative: Optional clinical consults, peer support, and regular case review
