We’re looking for a highly creative and instinct-driven Freelance Social Producer to capture and create viral content at live music events. This role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes internet culture, understands what makes fans engage, and can anticipate moments before they happen.
- *Key Responsibilities
- Capture high-quality, engaging content at live music shows in real time
- Identify and film spontaneous, high-impact moments with viral potential
- Conceptualise and plan content ideas ahead of events to maximise reach and engagement
- Operate and manage multiple fan-style / burner social media accounts (primarily TikTok)
- Ensure all accounts are set up, optimised, and compliant with platform guidelines prior to shows
- Post, edit, and publish content quickly to capitalise on real-time trends and audience momentum
- Monitor performance and adapt content strategy on the fly
- *What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience creating viral or high-performing content on platforms like TikTok, Instagram, or similar
- Deep understanding of fan culture, meme cycles, and internet trends
- Experience running or contributing to fan accounts, burner accounts, or niche social pages
- Strong instincts for timing, storytelling, and capturing culturally relevant moments
- Ability to work quickly and effectively in fast-paced, high-pressure live environments
- Excellent ideation skills; able to generate creative concepts ahead of time and execute them seamlessly
- Strong awareness of platform rules, content moderation, and account health best practices
- *Bonus Skills
- Experience working in music, live events, or entertainment
- Basic video editing skills (mobile-first editing is a plus)
- Existing network or understanding of online fan communities
