Fintech Recruiter
JOB DESCRIPTION Insight Global is looking for a contract Recruiter to join one of our top FinTech clients. You'll own the full-cycle recruiting process for a number of roles, from sourcing and screening to closing top talent, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
What You'll Do
Partner with the Head of Talent and hiring managers to define role requirements and sourcing strategies. Source, engage, and assess top talent, with a primary focus on Product Management, Product Design, and Product Engineering profiles within the Financial Technology space. Drive efficient interview processes and optimize hiring pipelines. Ensure an exceptional candidate experience. Report thoroughly on pipeline health, market insights, and hiring forecasts. Maintain a core KPI of 3 hires per month. REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- 3+ years of proven experience recruiting at high velocity for unique roles, specifically GTM and technical positions.
- Strong experience sourcing Product Management, Product Design, and Product Engineering talent within Financial Technology environments.
- Proven experience within the fintech industry, seeking out back end and product management skillsets.
- Ability to manage multiple searches with urgency and excellence in every detail.
Compensation $45/hr to $54/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
