As a Workflow Systems Analyst, you will be part of a dynamic team that upholds and enhances the distinction that users expect from arenaflex devices.

Key Responsibilities

As a Workflow Systems Analyst, your key responsibilities will include:

• Dashboard Developer: Visualize key metrics and development progress towards goals, providing actionable insights to stakeholders
• Analyst: Perception and visualization expert for a mature group of Data Scientists and Engineers, identifying trends and patterns in large data sets
• Iterative Dashboard Layout: Offer dashboards to groups, gather feedback, and improve end-products
• Characterize the Current State of the Workflow: Profile complex systems, document them, and identify areas for improvement
• Insights: Recognize styles and trends in large data sets, providing valuable insights to inform business decisions
• Change Agent: Work closely with companion teams to drive movement – translate perception into wins

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst
• Solid working knowledge of Analytics: visualization, statistics, and the Analytics Maturity Curve (Descriptive, Diagnostic, Predictive, Prescriptive)
• Ability to communicate complex data insights to stakeholders, advocating for coverage changes and providing movement plans to all levels of leadership
• Advanced Tableau developer skills
• Capable SQL skills: aggregation, nested queries, and data inspection/validation

Preferred Skills

While not required, the following skills will be beneficial in this role:

• Familiarity with Software Development Analytics: CICD, DORA metrics, and LEAN software transport
• Experience in Software Development: information construct pipelines, merging, checking structures and methods, and the transport of code
• Product Ownership: fully responsible for key effects for a project – experience driving efforts and generating concrete effects through analytics
• Project management: plan and drive efforts, working across associate groups towards a unified goal
