Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our team in New Jersey, USA. As a key member of our analytics team, you'll be responsible for supporting our paid media examination capability, driving business growth, and informing strategic decisions through data-driven insights. Key Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

• Conveying insights and recommendations in the space of paid media
• Planning and executing the development of examination, BI, and data science projects fully focused on streamlining visible paid media and improving marketing efficiencies
• Collaborating with paid media data science teams and marketing teams on executing media blend models
• Directing specialized investigation through database querying, followed by astute translation of results and the detailing and communication of proposals that drive action
• Serving as a liaison with marketing, finance, and product teams to handle business challenges, and track marketing and product performance with a data-driven approach
• Influencing Organized Query Language (SQL), MicroStrategy, Tableau, Power BI, and other reporting tools to create and maintain scheduled and Adhoc reports
• Examining data to identify business issues and lead deep dives to perform root cause analysis
• Collaborating with partners to use data (internal data from arenaflex and Amazon, as well as external data from market research and advertising agencies) and address complex business challenges by conveying meaningful insights
• Conceptualizing and running investigations that produce insights on customer behavior and customer needs to help further develop and improve our value proposition

Essential Capabilities

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• Experience in the space of Business Intelligence, Analytics, or Consulting in an e-commerce climate or related field
• High-level SQL experience
• High-level involvement in at least one industry analytics and measurement perception devices (e.g. Tableau/QuickSight/Power BI)
• Master in Power BI with a demonstrated history
• Degree in data science, business, finance, data engineering, statistics, math, or other related field

Preferred Capabilities

While not required, the following skills and qualifications are highly desirable:

• You enjoy working in a team of highly connected individuals
• You have an enthusiasm for numbers, data, and analytics, but also for conveying meaningful analysis of high quality
• Strong bias for action, highly organized, and ability to complete tasks and projects with little direction and tight deadlines
• Excellent communication (verbal and written), interpersonal skills, and ability to communicate with both business leadership and technical teams effectively
• Experience with participation, membership-based, or media content organizations
• Experience with and/or interest in learning more on state-of-the-art data science approaches
• Programming languages: knowledge of Python
• Knowledge of other programming languages, such as Java or C#, or of statistical programming languages like R or SAS
• Knowledge of Adobe Analytics
