As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing top-notch support and solutions to our guests through inbound calls in a high-energy environment. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:- Providing exceptional service and solutions to guests through inbound calls, resolving issues and answering questions in a timely and professional manner.
- Utilizing leading technologies and systems to streamline processes and improve guest experiences.
- Working collaboratively with a dedicated team of leaders and peers to achieve shared goals and objectives.
- Managing and overcoming objections for subscribers' cancellation and suspend requests to assist in reducing churn.
- Staying up-to-date on arenaflex products and services to provide accurate and informed support to guests.
- Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.

- An 8-hour per day shift, 5 days per week (anywhere from 6am-12am PST).

Qualifications
To be successful as a Customer Service Representative, you'll need:- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong multitasking abilities.

- Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools.
- Experience in customer service and sales.
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
Requirements to Work from Home
To ensure a seamless and productive work-from-home experience, you'll need:- A quiet and distraction-free, secure place to work.
- Excellent Internet connectivity: Internet access speeds of 2 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download (the faster the better!).
- A hard-wired Internet connection capable of continuously supporting outstanding call quality and high-speed response rates.
- A Smartphone (iOS or Android), 4 years old or newer, in which you'll be able and willing to download our app that will be leveraged for company communications.
