The Role

As a Senior Manager Customer Service, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer-facing professionals, driving business growth and customer satisfaction through innovative solutions and strategic leadership. You will work closely with the store leadership team to develop strategic plans across multiple business groups, improving process and surpassing standards to drive the business in the store. Your expertise will be essential in inspiring, coaching, training, and developing store team members to consistently provide exceptional customer service and drive for results.

Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with the store leadership team to develop strategic plans across multiple business groups, improving process and surpassing standards to drive the business in the store - Inspire, coach, train, and develop store team members to consistently provide exceptional customer service and drive for results - Adapt to challenges, provide support, and guide communications in a constantly changing retail environment - Lead the sales and customer support teams by example, finding solutions to create and maintain a high level of customer focus - Foster growth among staff by coaching and encouraging with clear communications - Develop strong relationships across teams and with customers to create an environment that enhances loyalty for arenaflex products and services

Essential Qualifications

- Demonstrated leadership ability with at least five years of experience in a customer-facing sales setting - Cross-industry experience is welcome – a retail background is not necessary - Passion for learning about arenaflex technology and products - Fluency in English (both written and spoken) and the local language - Multilingual ability is a plus - Flexibility with your schedule – work hours will be based on business needs

- Experience in a leadership role within a customer-facing environment - Knowledge of arenaflex products and services - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
