Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Salesforce Data Entry Specialist to join our global team on a part-time, flexible remote basis. This role is perfect for a professional looking to return to the workforce after a break or seeking a new challenge. As a Salesforce Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a critical role in researching and entering data on our Salesforce.com CRM platform. Your attention to detail, strong data entry skills, and positive attitude will make you a valuable asset to our team.
Responsibilities
As a Salesforce Data Entry Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:
- Data Entry to Salesforce: Accurately and efficiently enter data into our Salesforce.com CRM platform.
- Proper pulldown labeling of data within Salesforce for tracking: Ensure that data is properly labeled and tracked within Salesforce to facilitate effective reporting and analysis.
- Research our clients and partners' contact using our tools- Spokeo, Snov.io: Utilize our research tools to gather accurate and up-to-date contact information for our clients and partners.
- Research on our clients' and partners' bios and enter it into Salesforce: Conduct research on our clients' and partners' backgrounds and enter the information into Salesforce to enhance our understanding of their needs and goals.
- With proven success & a positive attitude, take on special projects: Demonstrate your skills and adaptability by taking on special projects and contributing to the growth and development of our organization.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent training. We're open to students with strong GPAs and a commitment to intellectual rigor.
- Strong data entry Salesforce experience: Proven experience with Salesforce data entry and a strong understanding of the platform's capabilities.
- Meticulous attention to detail: A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy in your work.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic: A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn and adapt.

Duration and Location
This part-time, flexible remote position is available for a minimum of six months, with the possibility of extension. You'll work with a highly globally focused team from more than 20 countries, including Russia, China, Japan, Ukraine, Georgia, the Philippines, Haiti, Germany, Canada, the Kurdish population, South Korea, the U.K., Brazil, Kenya, and many more.
