Job Summary

As a Live Chat Support Assistant, you'll play a critical role in providing top-notch customer service to arenaflex clients. You'll be responsible for answering live chat support or sales questions on a business's website, addressing customer concerns, and building loyalty and retention. This is a remote position that can be done from the comfort of your own home, with a competitive salary that reflects your skills and experience.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service by answering live chat support or sales questions on a business's website

  • Address customer concerns, both praises and complaints, while protecting the company's reputation
  • Work independently to manage interactions with customers and build loyalty and retention
  • Follow provided steps and instructions to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Maintain a high level of productivity and efficiency in a fast-paced environment

Essential Qualifications

* Must have a device able to access social media and app-based chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop)

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong communication skills and ability to effectively manage interactions with customers
  • Reliable internet connectivity and a quiet, distraction-free workspace
  • 20+ hours availability per week, with flexibility to work varied shifts
  • Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions
