Job Summary
As a Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. You'll be the face of arenaflex, representing our brand and values to our customers. Your primary goal will be to resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner, while also providing product recommendations and promotions to enhance the customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service through various channels, including phone, email, and chat
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Provide product recommendations and promotions to enhance the customer experience
- Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issues
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance customer service skills
- Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet customer needs
Essential Qualifications
* Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico)
- Ability to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software
Preferred Qualifications
* Six months of experience in a retail or customer service environment
- Previous work experience with arenaflex or a similar company
- Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico)
- Ability to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software
