Responsibilities

As a customer service representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customers via phone, email, and chat. Your primary goal will be to resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner, while also providing a positive and engaging experience for our customers. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Demonstrate reliability: Attend work regularly, on time, and be available to help customers when they need you most
  • Handle a large number of contacts: Handle approximately 50-60 phone calls per shift, with a focus on efficiency and productivity
  • Meet our high-performance bar: Exceed customer satisfaction, meet metrics for customer service excellence, and other responsibilities as assigned
  • Professional customer engagement: Build relationships with customers, respond to their concerns, and provide solutions to their problems
  • Actively listen and show empathy: Listen to customers' concerns, understand their needs, and provide solutions that meet their expectations
  • De-escalate customer care: Use conflict management skills to resolve customer issues and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Troubleshooting: Think analytically to solve customer problems in the first contact resolution process
  • Be tech-savvy and multitask: Navigate multiple browsers, tabs, tools, and screens to answer customer questions quickly and efficiently
  • System development issues: Identify areas of need for improvement for Wayfair customers and share any leadership trends

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to meet the following requirements:

  • Age requirement: You must be at least 18 years old
  • Education: You must have a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • Language proficiency: You must be able to read, write, and understand Spanish and English
  • Computer skills: You must have working knowledge of Windows operating systems or equivalent
  • Training: You must be able to complete 100% of our mandatory training program
  • Assessment: You must pass a candidate assessment to proceed with the interview process
