Job Summary

As an Experienced Full Stack Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner. You'll assist customers with flight reservations, changes, cancellations, and general travel information, while resolving customer issues, complaints, and concerns with empathy and efficiency. You'll also collaborate with other team members to ensure a unified and consistent customer service experience.

Responsibilities

* Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.

  • Assist customers with flight reservations, changes, cancellations, and general travel information.
  • Resolve customer issues, complaints, and concerns with empathy and efficiency.
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information about arenaflex services, policies, and procedures.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure a unified and consistent customer service experience.

Requirements

* Previous customer service experience, preferably in the airline industry.
