Key Responsibilities
As a Full Stack Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service to our customers via phone, email, and chat
- Resolving customer issues efficiently and effectively, using a range of tools and resources to find solutions
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer experience
- Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate and helpful information to customers

Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a retail or e-commerce environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively

- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
Preferred Qualifications
