Responsibilities

As a Benefits Representative/Customer Service Agent, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring that our clients receive the support they need to navigate their benefits plans effectively. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Handling inbound and outbound customer calls regarding benefit-related inquiries with care and empathy
  • Guiding customers in understanding and navigating their benefit plans effectively
  • Providing clear and accurate information about available benefits and coverage options
  • Maintaining updated customer records promptly and accurately
  • Resolving customer concerns or complaints professionally and efficiently
  • Collaborating closely with team members to ensure exceptional customer service delivery

Requirements
