Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to support our crew across all disciplines. As a key member of our team, you'll work closely with our Artwork, Layout, and Engineering groups to identify workflow inefficiencies, pain points, and challenges in our development process. Your primary responsibilities will include collaborating with the team to generate candidate solutions, weighing tradeoffs based on the context and development timeline, implementing the selected answer, and promoting the adoption of the solution by the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively identify inefficiencies and elaborate areas for improvement in our development process across various disciplines.
• Preserve, extend, and aid existing development gear.
• Build and guide custom asset pipelines.
• Grow arenaflex's proprietary libraries, tools, and technologies across game engines and structures.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess a strong passion for empowering others to do their best work. We're looking for someone who is enthusiastic about collaboration, continuous learning, and growth. Here are the essential qualifications:

• A sturdy enthusiasm for empowering others to do their best work.
• Experience with the overall device lifecycle, including identifying issues, comparing capacity answers, implementing tools, and evaluating their effectiveness.
• Enjoy working with custom standalone gear.
• Experience growing gear that can be utilized by multiple game development disciplines.
• Proficiency in C#, C++, Python, and JavaScript.
• Ability to work efficiently in a self-directed environment.

Desirable Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly desirable:

• Experience with custom game engines, such as Unreal or Unity.
• Knowledge of JavaScript and Net Tech.
• Experience with required utility materials.
