Position Overview

As an Experienced Live Chat Support Representative, you'll be responsible for providing timely and accurate assistance to customers who engage with us through our live chat platform. Your primary goal will be to deliver exceptional customer experiences, resolve issues efficiently, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. You'll work closely with our team to continuously improve the live chat support process and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

* Engage with customers in real-time through our live chat platform to assist with inquiries, troubleshooting, and issue resolution

  • Identify and escalate complex issues to appropriate team members for resolution

Essential Qualifications
