Position Overview

As a Live Chat Agent at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through online chat platforms. You'll serve as the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring their inquiries and concerns are addressed in a prompt and professional manner. Responsibilities

* Engage with customers via live chat to provide assistance and resolve their inquiries or concerns.

  • Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor for resolution.
  • Document customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions accurately and thoroughly.

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Previous experience in a customer service or call center role is preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Exceptional customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using live chat software and other relevant computer applications.
