Responsibilities

- Escalating issues to Live Chat Manager as needed
- Promoting arenaflex products and services
- Maintaining a positive and professional image in all interactions
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer support and engagement
Requirements
To succeed as a Live Chat Agent at arenaflex, you'll need:

- Proficiency in keyboarding and internet navigation
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
