Job Summary

As an Experienced Data Entry Specialist – Amazon Fulfillment Center Operations, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Amazon fulfillment center. You'll be responsible for receiving and processing customer orders, managing inventory, and maintaining accurate records. Key Responsibilities

* Receive and process customer orders, ensuring accurate and timely delivery

• Manage inventory levels, including receiving, storing, and shipping products
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, orders, and customer interactions
• Use scanners to read bar codes on products and track inventory movements
• Troubleshoot problems and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
• Ensure product quality and safety standards are met
• Operate power industrial trucks (PIT) such as forklifts or pallet drivers, and work at heights up to 35 feet
• Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and objectives

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

• 1-2 years of experience in data entry, inventory management, or a related field
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lift up to 49 pounds, push utility carts up to 60 pounds, and stand for long periods
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a warehouse or fulfillment center environment

• Familiarity with Amazon's systems and processes
• Certification in inventory management or a related field
• Experience with power industrial trucks (PIT) such as forklifts or pallet drivers
• Bilingual or multilingual skills
