Key Responsibilities:
As a Web Chat Operator, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Logging into the live chat portal each day to engage with customers and provide support
- Responding to customer inquiries, addressing their concerns, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner
- Utilizing the live chat software to simplify responding to common questions and provide efficient support
- Collaborating with a chat supervisor for more complex inquiries and ensuring seamless customer support
- Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge
Contract and Compensation:
* Contract length: No fixed term
- Rate: $35 per hour
- Hours per week: 5-40 hours, with flexibility to accommodate your schedule
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Access to a device with internet capabilities (phone, tablet, or laptop)
- The ability to work autonomously and follow detailed instructions
- Availability to work at least 5+ hours per week
