Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through a variety of channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions. Your primary goal will be to ensure that every customer interaction is positive, efficient, and exceeds their expectations. Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing courteous, friendly, and efficient customer service through various channels
- Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborating with colleagues to share best practices and improve customer service standards
- Maintaining a thorough knowledge of arenaflex products and services to provide accurate and helpful information to customers
- Implementing employer asset safety measures to prevent loss and minimize waste
- Ensuring compliance with local and national laws and regulations regarding regulated products
- Assisting with visual merchandising, including creating and maintaining displays and presentations
- Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and inventory management
- Providing customer support in the photo area, including digital passport photo services and promotional product sales
- Assisting with online order pickup and fulfillment
- Maintaining a positive and respectful relationship with colleagues and customers
Essential Qualifications
* Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico)
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Preferred Qualifications
* Six months of experience in a retail environment
- Previous work experience with arenaflex
- Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico)
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
