Job Summary
As an Experienced Full Stack Data Analyst on our E2E Transportation team, you'll be responsible for:
- Designing, developing, and implementing data-driven solutions that drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction
- Working closely with our team of data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions
- Analyzing large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions
- Developing and maintaining complex data models, data warehouses, and data visualizations
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven solutions that drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction
Key Responsibilities
* Plan and estimate retail tests to inform business decisions
- Build dashboards and metrics for new customer recommendations, such as Expedited shipment
- Develop driver examinations for essential reasons for late deliveries
- Understand differences in execution of stores and markets
- Apply SQL and data visualization skills to create reports that show results of investigations
- Collaborate with colleagues to gather data from different sources to support investigations of key drivers
- Lead exploratory research, including hypothesis testing and essential statistical testing
- Automate tasks and create processes that screen, analyze, and advise on key activities
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, data science, or related field
- Strong background in SQL, data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI), and data modeling
- Experience with Python or other programming languages
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field
- Experience with data warehousing, ETL processes, and data governance
- Familiarity with machine learning algorithms and techniques
- Experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g. AWS, GCP)
- Certification in data science, data analysis, or related field
