Job Summary

We're seeking an Experienced Customer Support Representative to join our remote team. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers, answering high-volume calls, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer support to internal and external customers, including answering high-volume calls, resolving issues, and escalating complex problems to senior-level staff.

  • Utilize arenaflex's remedy information section strategies and rules to process new patient enrollment, handle patient medication requests, and enter refill orders for processing.
  • Investigate missing medication data, decipher clinical abbreviations (SIG codes), and resolve all information entry-related exceptions.
  • Handle correspondence with patients (inbound calls, visits, messages) and make outbound calls to prescribers and patients as necessary.
  • Resolve external exceptions by researching, gathering data, making amendments, and resubmitting for processing as per individual arrangement requirements.
  • Provide support to pharmacists, both in-office and at other locations, and recognize and report issues to senior-level staff as necessary.
  • Obtain active professional licensure or certification within the first 90 days and maintain an active professional license or certification.

Essential Capabilities

* Essential level computer skills, including: + Starting and closing a computer + Using a mouse to point and click + Starting and closing programs + Switching between programs + Saving files + Printing documents + Accessing data online

  • Essential web browser skills, including:

+ Opening a program + Composing URLs in the correct location + Using a web search engine + Bookmarking a website + Navigating using back/forward/stop buttons + Completing forms online

  • Moderate level keyboarding skills, including:

+ Typing at least 25 words per minute + Typing by memory + Organizing documents

Preferred Capabilities

* Experience providing customer support to internal and external customers, including meeting quality standards for services and assessing customer satisfaction.

  • Intermediate to advanced level keyboarding skills, including:

+ Typing at least 35 words per minute + Typing by memory + Designing documents

  • Familiarity with Spanish and English.
