Responsibilities
As a Technical Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Strategizing customer service efforts to ensure seamless support experiences for our clients
- Providing chat and email support to resolve customer inquiries and issues
- Creating and updating support articles to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
- Managing billing, refund, and cancellations on payment platforms to ensure smooth transactions
- Reviewing customer feedback to identify areas for improvement
- Tracking key metrics on sales, refunds, and cancellations to inform business decisions
- Learning from user test videos to understand how clients perceive our product
- Proactively managing our team via ClickUp, Slack, and other tools to ensure efficient collaboration
- Helping build a team of CS superstars by identifying and developing talent
- Identifying and solving solutions to complex customer issues
- Providing guidance on how to use proxies effectively to help customers get the most out of our service
- Collaborating with our team to resolve customer issues and improve overall support experiences
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Basic to mid-level backend programming skills to understand our technology and infrastructure
- An IT-related background to appreciate the technical aspects of our service
- High-level written and verbal English communication skills to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues
- Attention to detail to ensure accurate and thorough support experiences
- Self-motivation to drive results and take ownership of customer support
- Problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues
- A deep understanding of the internet and technology to stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Innovative and creative thinking to develop new solutions and approaches
- Proficiency in tools like Slack, Google Mail, Google Sheets, and ability to learn tools like Zendesk and Intercom
- A reliable internet connection and a mic and webcam for meetings
- Comfort with process documents and ability to follow established procedures
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends (10:00 PM – 06:00 AM UTC)
