Experienced Customer Service Management Supervisor – Hybrid Remote Opportunity

As a Customer Service Management Supervisor, you'll be responsible for overseeing a team of customer service professionals, developing and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction, and driving business results. This is a hybrid remote opportunity, allowing you to balance your time between our remote office and home.

What You'll Do
As a Customer Service Management Supervisor, you'll be responsible for:
- Collaboratively overseeing daily operations for an inbound and outbound patient access support team of 70+ team members
- Maintaining development/training goals for team members in a 100% remote setting
- Creating and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures and work instructions specific to the program
- Conducting weekly, monthly, and quarterly reviews of program metrics and reporting out results to senior leadership
- Testing/solutioning/approving program changes, including those related to Information Technology, platform upgrades, and modifications to program business rules
- Handling creation, editing, and approval of employee timecards in accordance with time-keeper manager responsibilities
- Conducting development-based biweekly/monthly/quarterly 1x1s with team members and providing effective coaching and feedback on both performance improvement and goal setting
- Collaborating with internal business partners to provide effective responses and resolutions to complex program-related issues
- Effectively managing time and independently prioritizing work responsibilities to meet key deadlines as assigned by manager
- Maintaining daily contact with client/3rd party partners by leveraging excellent verbal and written communication skills
What You'll Need
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 3-5 years of experience in a related field
- Previous management experience
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- A commitment to the continued development of oneself and team members
Training and Work Schedules
Your new hire training will take place 8:00am-5:00pm CST, with mandatory attendance required. This position is full-time (40 hours/week), and employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our shift schedules during our normal business hours of Monday-Friday, 7:00am-7:00pm CST.
Remote Details
As a remote employee, you'll need to provide a dedicated, quiet, private, distraction-free environment with access to high-speed internet. We'll provide you with the computer, technology, and equipment needed to successfully perform your job. You'll be responsible for providing high-speed internet with the following requirements:
- Maintain a secure, high-speed, broadband internet connection (DSL, Cable, or Fiber) at the remote location
- Dial-up, satellite, WIFI, Cellular connections are NOT acceptable
- Download speed of 15Mbps (megabyte per second)
- Upload speed of 5Mbps (megabyte per second)
- Ping Rate Maximum of 30ms (milliseconds)
- Hardwired to the router
- Surge protector with Network Line Protection for arenaflex issued equipment
Compensation and Benefits
