Job Overview
As an Experienced Store Customer Associate, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth in our stores. You'll be responsible for providing expert product knowledge, building strong relationships with customers, and working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals. Responsibilities
* Achieve customer satisfaction by having an extensive knowledge of products and working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver exceptional sales service
- Balance sales goals, customer service, and operational excellence to deliver successful retail management
- Connect with customers by employing open-ended questioning to evaluate individual needs and provide personalized recommendations
- Stay up-to-date on all product knowledge, from the newest releases to upcoming developments and industry insights
- Create opportunities for employees to learn about and embrace different cultures and perspectives to foster a more tolerant and inclusive workplace
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer experiences
- Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and inviting store environment
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments
Qualifications
* 1-3 years of retail experience, preferably in a customer-facing role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- Excellent product knowledge and a passion for athletic sneakers and apparel
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and evenings
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
