Key Responsibilities:

As an Experienced Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Engaging with customers through live chat, addressing their inquiries and providing solutions to their concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assisting with online order-related issues, product inquiries, and general customer service requests, ensuring that customers receive the support they need to complete their purchases.
  • Maintaining a high level of product knowledge and staying updated on arenaflex's policies and procedures to provide accurate and informed support to customers.
  • Documenting customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement, helping us to refine our customer service processes and ensure that we're delivering the best possible experience for our customers.

Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to clearly and concisely communicate with customers through live chat.

  • The ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment, with minimal supervision.
